Return, service and warranty policy.
M2Tech Shopify sales does not allow return for cash refund. All sales are final with the following exceptions:
M2Tech allows an exchange within seven days of item receipt if the product is found to be defective. Only returns for credit are accepted for any other reason. Any return for credit through Shopify will add 3.5% to the return value due to the costs incurred.

Product must have all packing materials, box and accessories as new. Customer to pay return shipping expense.
• No returns are accepted without prior consumer receipt of a return authorization number.
• Request for a return authorization number must be made to prior to the shipment of any defective return.
• Purchase receipt copy, indicating date of purchase, is required for all returns.
• Costs to ship to the M2Tech importer is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Even if a defective exchange is allowed, a 15%-20% fee may be deducted for any missing accessories, missing packaging materials, damage to units or damage to packaging.
All warranties, expressed or implied, are backed by the manufacturer.
• Warranty under normal use conditions on M2Tech products are 1-year parts and labor for product whose sole PC output connection for data transmission is a single USB port. (HIFACE 2RCA, HiFace2 BNC, HIFACE DAC, etc.).
• All other M2Tech products include warranty by the manufacturer only under normal use conditions for 2 years parts and labor.
Product returns are not accepted by the M2Tech Shopify USA store. Product retuned under warranty or for any other claim, must be returned to the manufacturer or their designated USA importer/distributor as noted above.
