The Mitchell Analog Electronic Crossover is an incredibly versatile frequency dividing device which can be easily configured to fit virtually any speakers system for multi-amplification.
Most loudspeakers use a passive network (called "crossover") to divide the sound spectrum so that each driver received the appropriate frequencies: low frequencies to the woofer, mid frequencies to the mid-range and high frequencies to the tweeter. The passive crossover is subject to various trade-offs that limit the loudspeaker performance.
The only solution to overcome the trade-off effect on the loudspeaker's sound is to use an active crossover instead, together with an amplifier for each driver. This method is called "active multi-amplification." Please visit: https://lnx.m2tech.biz/products/rockstars/mitchell/
